En 1998, Quick m’a offert pour l’achat d’un menu Cheese un CD-ROM contenant le programme "QUICK HIP HOP MAKER".
Je l’ai gardé depuis, rangé entre le premier album de Queens of the Stone Age et le premier album de Quickspace.
Or, au dos du CD des californiens, il y avait la photo des SEINS nus d’une mannequin des seventies, et de son côté l’album de Quickspace était sorti sur le label KITTY KITTY.
Donc, lorsque Lionel et Christophe m’ont proposé de reprendre Nichon Chaton, tout s’est éclairé : si j’ai gardé ce CD-ROM durant toutes ces années, c’était uniquement pour créer une relecture proto-Hip Hop de ce titre.

Un grand merci pour cette illumination à Lionel, Christophe, la Souterraine, l’inventeur de l’ordre alphabétique et QUICKspace of the Stone Age.
